They even sent an engineer out because I had problems with assembly, stupidly, my fault. There was no charge for it and the engineer kindly did an all over check to make sure everything was set up right and gave me exact instructions on various functions so everything was clear and I understood. I would recommend them very highly to anyone considering getting a scooter.

Gary was most helpful and we got to try several different types before we made a decision however the one we wanted was out of stock with the manufacturer for another two weeks. Gary very helpfully suggested we take the demonstration model until ours arrived which we did, for no extra cost! When ours did arrive Lifelight delivered it to us and took their loan one back.
