Available in a striking silver or stylish black, the Expedition Plus Wheelchair features a sleek, attractive finish and comes with 18' or 20' seat width options. The 20' also includes a double cross brace for added stability.
Comfort and stability are key features of the Expedition Plus. The nylon seat and back provide comfortable support and are easy to clean, while full-length armrests complete with upholstered arm pads as well as quick-release, swing-away footrests, further enhance your support and can be quickly moved aside to allow easy transfers in and out of your wheelchair.
Robust 30 cm (12') puncture-proof rear tyres are long-lasting and require little to no maintenance. These also feature two-stepper tubes which allow the user or attendant to more easily and safely raise their front wheels to climb onto curbs.
Arthritic-friendly cable breaks are instantly accessible, allowing an attendant to reduce speed or safely lock the brakes for parking. There’s even an integrated lap-belt for additional safety.
Storing and transporting your Drive Expedition Plus Wheelchair is also effortless, thanks to its durable yet lightweight aluminium frame, which folds down with ease, along with the half folding backrest.
