This fantastic Powerstroll system for the XS aluminium wheelchair is a revolutionary new addition to the Powerstroll Range designed by Drive Medical.
The U-Drive is easily fitted (and removed) in seconds allowing speed of up to 4mph and travel of up to 6 miles (10km) per full battery charge. A P G Drives S-Drive Joystick provides excellent user-friendly control that is simple to manoeuvre and reverse.
The U-Drive’s powerful 150 watt, 24V motor is capable of handing almost any terrain while its maintenance-free airline friendly 24V 12ah valve regulated and sealed lead acid battery pack and portable design makes it ideal for travel.
The battery can be charged on or off board, and a 2A charger is provided as standard for off-board charging. Once detached, the U-Drive fits easily into most car-boots too.
