The Sentra EC features a strong, carbon steel frame upholstered in double embossed vinyl which is comfortable, durable and easy to clean and maintain. The frame is triple-coated providing a chip-proof, low maintenance finish.
Ideal for bariatric use, the Sentra EC can comfortably support users weighing up to 32st. The Sentra EC Chair comes with 20.3cm (8') solid front castors which are height adjustable in three positions. The chair is also available in three different seat widths to accommodate a range of user sizes. Dual axle position also allows the seat height to transition to hemi-level.
Padded, desk-style armrests offer additional comfort and enable unhindered access to work surfaces, and can be swung out of the way or removed. Elevating and adjustable footrests are also available for users who need to raise their legs or require foot support. These can also be swung out of the way or removed as necessary, facilitating transfers, storage and transportation.The chair also features a simple folding mechanism for further ease when transporting or storing.
This Sentra EC Self-propelled Wheelchair has also been crash tested, ensuring additional safety when transported in a vehicle. Mounting brackets are also available with this model to allow the PWCPP009 and PWCPP009HD to be installed on the Sentra EC wheelchair. These are supplied in pairs including all the required fasteners and are at a fixed height tailored to the Sentra.
