Product Description

Our puncture proof system is an extruded natural rubber compound that replaces the air-filled inner tube in a tyre. As it is a cellular compound and utilises a conventional pneumatic tyre, the infill compound is capable of offering virtually the same ride characteristics as a fully inflated pneumatic tyre. The need to constantly check tyre pressures is eliminated, and as the tyre is always at the correct ‘pressure’ optimum tyre wear is guaranteed. The patented manufacturing system also enables a high degree of control as to how soft or hard a tyre should be, by the amount of rubber compound that is put into the tyre.

**Please Note** These tyres are made for use on wheels with split rims. If your wheels do not have split rims and are made of metal we can arrange to have your wheels collected, we will then make the solid tyres onto your rims and return them to you. This service takes 3-5 working days. Regretfully, if your wheels have plastic non slitting rims, we are unable to supply solid tyres to fit them.
